2x Vision Marine 180E electric propulsion systems, 360 hp / 270 kW combined. Four 43 kWh packs, 172 kWh installed, two per engine. Top speed approx. 43 knots and estimated range approx. 45 to 85 nautical miles, both from the builder's own STERK 31E powertrain datasheet; the range column carries the lower of the two because it is the figure that holds in any condition. Overnight AC charging from shore power is standard, and a CCS fast-charge battery is an option reaching about 80 percent in 45 minutes. Cruise speed is not published for the electric version and is deliberately left empty. Net end-customer price EUR 234,900, VAT not included, ex works Wilhelmshaven, Germany. LOA 9.28 m hull (9.73 m incl. motor).
What a buyer should know
An electric sport boat that leads with performance
The Sterk 31 Emotion is unusual among electric boats: where most trade speed for range, it does the opposite. Twin Vision Marine E-Motion drives put a combined 270 kW (360 hp) through a 9.3-metre planing hull for a top speed of about 43 knots — quick enough to embarrass a good many petrol day boats, and silent while doing it.
That performance has a cost, and the yard is honest about it. Four high-voltage packs hold 172 kWh, and the builder's own datasheet estimates 45 to 85 nautical miles, the spread depending on load, sea state, propeller and how hard the boat is driven. It charges overnight from an ordinary shore supply, and a fast-charge battery is offered as an option.
Built in Germany by MS Marine GmbH, with race-bred engineering from Shaun Torrente Racing, it carries a T-top, teak platforms and CE certification for six (Category B) or eleven (Category C). The electric version is installed at Wilhelmshaven and quoted at EUR 234,900 net, excluding VAT and ex works.
For a buyer who wants the silence and instant torque of electric drive without giving up outright speed, the Sterk 31 Emotion is one of very few boats that answer.
